Thank you for visiting and shopping KIMONY. Please find below the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. *Please note the timeframes are guidelines and delays can occasionally occur.
IMPORTANT:
Order cut off time for same day despatch is 12pm
1. Shipment processing time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders received by 12pm will be despatched the same day. With regards to the first shipping day this is the first working day after the collection.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

(For international orders please allow extra time for dispatch as there is a large amount of paperwork - dispatch could be delayed by up to 3 working days although we aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days)
Please note that the cut off time for same day dispatch is 12:00pm
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (If you choose Tracked post). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kmowi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
Your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order please verify if you have received all the products you ordered.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, or something is missing, please contact us immediately at info@kimony-kimonos.com and we will find a satisfactory solution.
Kimowi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before notifying us.
6. Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
7. Pre-order items.
If your desired product is clearly marked as "pre-order", we are currently waiting for stock. You can still process the order, and you will receive it as soon as it is back in stock. If this will take more than four weeks we will contact you to advise. Any other items you order at the same time will be processed with the pre-order item when it is available. If you wish to receive other items sooner, please process them on a separate order (shipping is free). We thank you for your understanding.
